The room was super clean and looked just like the pictures. It was small but comfy, perfect for a solo traveler. The bed felt amazing, honestly one of the best sleeps I had on this trip. I loved the free drink from the minibar. It was a nice touch. I could open the windows for fresh air which was great since it got a bit stuffy. But, it could be noisy sometimes due to the central location.

The double room felt cramped, lacked adequate shelving for luggage storage!!! The positioning of the sink made toilet use awkward!!! A wider pillow selection would vastly improve comfort!!!

I had a lovely stay and can't wait to come back, thanks very much. Really enjoyed the hotel, it is wonderful small and perfectly clean, has handy and nice location very close to the cathedral. Location: the venue was adjacent to the market square and other sights and the centre of Cologne. The staff were affable and know their duties. The service was terrific, no reason to complain.
